Become an Ortiz Family Foundation Volunteer!
There are MANY ways to help make a difference!
As you know nonprofits depend greatly on the kindness and devotion of their volunteers. Without the wonderful help of our volunteers we could not accomplish the successes we aim to reach. It is with the help of people like you, we are able to meet our goals.

Volunteer at an Ortiz Family Foundation Event:
There are many ways volunteers can help with fund raising events.
- Sit on an event committee and help with the planning process
- Help sell tickets/tables and/or recruit the public to attend our fundraisers
- Help with day of event set up & take down
- Help with registration, silent auction, and check out tables the day of the event
- Help request donations for our events (the more products/services we receive donated the more money goes back into helping others)
There are many other ways to volunteer for events, let us know if you have other skills/interests not listed above!
Ortiz Family Foundation Fundraising Events are a great place to volunteer as a group. Bring your friends, family and/or co-workers to share in the experience.
Volunteer to Help with Administrative Needs:
Administrative projects can range from a few hours to long term opportunities.
- Assist with Computer Support and website design/development as needed.
- Grant Writing & Letter Writing Campaigns- want to volunteer from home and have great writing skills?
- Photography/Video – we are always looking for someone to document our events.
- Donation Requests – are you good at getting things donated?
- PR/Marketing – We need help spreading the word about our wonderful possibilities.
